INGREDIENTS

Salad Base

• 2 cups fresh kale (stems removed, chopped)
• ½ cup cucumber, sliced
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
• ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

Crunch & Protein

• 1 pack Super Munchies Peri Peri Chickpeas
• 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

Dressing

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon maple syrup
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt and black pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1 – Prep the Kale
Wash and chop the kale. Massage it lightly with a few drops of olive oil for 1 to 2 minutes to soften the leaves.

Step 2 – Mix the Salad
In a large bowl, combine kale, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

Step 3 – Make the Dressing
