General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the online shop of Supermunchies.de
- Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between PDM Parthian Distributor & Marketing Adviser GmbH (hereinafter "we" or "Supermunchies.de") and our
customers (hereinafter "customer" or "you") via the website www.supermunchies.de .
- Contractual Partner

- Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a binding offer.
A binding offer to purchase the selected products only arises when the customer places an order. We will confirm receipt of the order with an automatic order confirmation via email.
This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
The contract is only concluded when we accept the order through a separate
order confirmation or by delivery of the goods.
- Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately during the order process. Payment is made using one of the payment methods we offer, such as credit card, PayPal, or instant bank transfer.
- Delivery and shipping
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. We strive for prompt delivery, but cannot accept liability for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen events. If delivery of a product is not possible, we will inform the customer immediately
and, if necessary, cancel the contract.
- Right of return and refund of food products
The customer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.
Important NOTE:
For hygienic and health reasons, food products that, after delivery or packaging, are in a way that precludes opening or return for hygienic reasons
are excluded from the right of Withdrawal and exchange. This applies in particular to all fresh and perishable goods. If you have purchased food that is not sealed or delivered in a form that does not exclude the right of withdrawal, you can exercise your right of withdrawal.
- Retention of the title
The delivered goods remain the property of Supermunchies.de Until the purchase price has been paid in full.
- Liability for defects and warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the event of defects, the customer has the right to subsequent performance (repair or replacement) with regard to the delivered goods. If subsequent performance fails, the customer may withdraw from the contract or reduce the purchase price.
- Liability
We are not liable for damages caused by improper handling or use of the products. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence in accordance with statutory provisions.
- Data protection
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Information on the collection, processing, and use of your data can be found in our privacy policy.
- Final provisions
German law applies. The application of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. If the customer is a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of
Supermunchies.de.
Cancellation policy:
Right of withdrawal: You have the right
to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The
withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
Exception for food products: Please note that for hygienic reasons, the right of withdrawal is excluded for food products if the goods have been sealed or otherwise rendered unusable in order to prevent return for health reasons To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Supermunchies.de, PDM Parthian Distributeur & Marketing Adviser GmbH, Wichmannstr. 4 / Haus 10 Süd, info@pdm-adviser.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or fax or email). Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your
choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery
offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction.
