INGREDIENTS
Base
• 2 cups thick coconut yogurt
• 1–2 tablespoons maple syrup (optional)
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Toppings
• Super Munchies jackfruit chips (lightly crushed)
• Super Munchies mango chips (lightly crushed)
• Fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 – Prep the Base
In a bowl, mix the coconut yogurt with maple syrup and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Step 2 – Spread
Line a tray with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly, about ½ to 1 cm thick.
Step 3 – Add Toppings
Sprinkle crushed jackfruit and mango chips evenly over the surface. Add fresh berries for a juicy contrast.
Step 4 – Freeze
Place in the freezer for 3 to 4 hours or until fully set.
Step 5 – Break & Serve
Remove from the freezer, break into irregular bark pieces, and serve immediately.
