Cancellation policy:

Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw
from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal
period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated
by you takes possession of the goods.

Exception for food: Please note that food is
excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons if the goods have
been sealed or otherwise rendered unusable to prevent return for health
reasons.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Supermunchies.de, PDM Parthian Distributer & Marketing Adviser GmbH, Wichmannstr. 4 / Haus 10 south, info@pdm-adviser.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post or an e-mail). 

Consequences of withdrawal: If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original
transaction.
